Will my investments continue to benefit from IFISA tax reliefs if easyMoney becomes insolvent?

Our back-up service provider, Street (UK) C.I.C. is not registered as an ISA manager and your ability to continue receiving IFISA tax reliefs would be dependent upon you or us finding an alternative ISA manager that was prepared to take over the IFISA

What happens if easyMoney becomes insolvent?

In the event that easyMoney were to become insolvent, we have made arrangements for the transfer our obligations to you in respect of outstanding loans to Street (UK) C.I.C., with a view to it acting as a back-up loan servicer.  Please note that the back-up servicer's role would be strictly limited to dealing with borrowers on behalf of lenders to administer and wind up existing loans, rather than effecting new loans or loan transfers.

When will I move to the higher rate after increasing my investment?

Once you have invested enough money to be upgraded to a higher rate product, you will automatically be moved on the next interest payment date which happens on the 15th of each month.

For example, if you had £5,000 invested in the Classic product and on 01 June increased this to £10,000 you would move to Premium on the 15th of June.

How can I withdraw my money?

You are able to request a withdrawal at any time provided that the loans you are on are performing and have more than 1 month remaining on their term. To withdraw, simply go to 'My portfolio' and then click 'Sell Loans'. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and click 'Sell'. It typically takes 1-3 days to sell your loan positions although this depends on market conditions as you will be replaced by incoming investors.

Once your loan parts are sold, you can click on 'Withdraw' on the dashboard to request the funds to be sent to your nominated bank account.
