The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) released new rules for the Peer-to-Peer industry to ensure that investments in platforms like ours are appropriate for Investors.

As a responsible and regulated business we want to make sure you understand what you are investing in, the levels of security involved and that you have a balanced view of the risks associated with this type of Investment.

We have three questions with the possibility of multiple answers so please take the time to read them carefully and tick all that apply.

You’ll have two attempts to get them all right before you are able to progress with your sign up. If you fail twice, you will need to wait 24 hours before you can take a different test.

Rest assured, the new rules will not affect your current Investments if you have already placed funds with us.

If you haven’t already done so, please have a good read of our website and use this help section (easymoney.com/help) for any questions you may have.

What to do now?

  1. Sign in to your account and go to ‘My Account’ > Account Verification

  2. Complete the ‘Appropriateness Test’ by answering three questions with the possibility of multiple answers - please take the time to read them carefully and tick all that apply.
