Yes, we've recently updated our platform so that you can easily delete your account yourself if you wish to do so.
If you have any active investments, you will need to sell them and withdraw the money to your bank account first.

If you don’t have any invested funds and you have no expected interest payments, here's what to do:
Closing your account from the Website
Sign in to your account Click 'My Account', Click 'My Details', scroll to the bottom and click 'Close Account'.
Closing your account from the App
Sign into the App, go to 'My Account', 'My Details' and 'Delete Account'.
Good to know
If you have opened an account but not yet invested, that's okay, likewise if you needed to withdraw your investment for other purposes. The account can remain open, with a zero balance, until you are ready to use it.
Due to HMRC reporting requirements and regulations we may need to keep your information on our files if you have invested with us. We will however close the account for future investments.
We are legally bound to maintain your details only for as long as is necessary. In this instance, your account must not have been active for 5 years and have a zero balance before we can erase your records completely.
