You can request to withdraw money from your available balance at any time, the minimum withdrawal amount is £25 (or lower if you are closing your account).

If there's nothing in your available balance, because your money is invested in live loans, then you will need to sell the loans before you can withdraw.

To withdraw via our Website

Sign in to your account and go to the My Portfolio Page. Under Active Investments click Sell Loans, which is located to the far right of the screen - you may have to scroll across if you are on a mobile device.

You then enter the amount that you would like to withdraw, tick the button to say that you agree and then click sell now.

Once the loans are sold, the funds will show in your available balance. You will need to click withdraw and set up a withdrawal to your bank account.

If you haven't done so already, you will need to enter your bank account details to complete the withdrawal. We will try to auto verify your bank account, but we may need you to upload a copy of a recent statement for the account if we're not able to do this. We'll send you a secure request if we do need to see one, please make sure that the statement is dated within the last 3 months and shows your full account details, sort code and account number and that your name and address match the details on your easyMoney Account.

To withdraw from the App

Click on the account that you would like to withdraw from, Regular or IFISA.

Click below where it says Active Investments, it will take you to your Portfolio and a Sell button will appear at the bottom of the screen, you need to click this button, enter the amount that you would like to withdraw and then click sell again.

Once the loans have sold, the funds will be in your available balance and you can then click withdraw to set up the withdrawal to your bank account.

Good to know

You can’t sell a Non-Performing loan. This is to protect new investors and means that we will never invest your cash in a loan that we know is non-performing.

A Non-Performing Loan is one which is either:

(a) currently in arrears

(b) has entered default at any time or

(c) the circumstances have changed so much that the loan falls outside of our lending criteria (e.g. the property value has dropped significantly).

You'll need to wait for Non-Performing loans to be repaid in full in order to withdraw the money.
