How to change your bank details

For when you have you changed your bank account and need to update your bank account on the platform

To change your bank details on the Website version of the platform, you need to click 'Withdraw/Transfer', which is in the 'Available balance' box on the dashboard page. Here you can click 'Remove', to remove an account that you no longer have and click 'Add Account' at the top, to add a new bank account.

To change your bank details on the App, you need to click 'Withdraw' at the bottom of the screen and then 'Withdraw to Bank Account'. Select one of the products and then click 'Edit accounts'. You can delete an account by clicking the red cross or click '+ ADD NEW ACCOUNT' to add a new one.

Good to know

If your bank account wasn't auto-verified, we may require you to provide us with a copy of a bank statement. If we do require this, we will send you a secure link to upload this. The bank statement will need to be dated within the last 3 months, show your Name, Address, Account Number and Sort Code.
