To withdraw funds, you first need to turn your investment back to cash.

If you have accessed your account via our Website:

You do this by going to the 'My Portfolio Page'. If you have an IFISA account as well as a Regular account, then you will need to select the account that you would like to withdraw from. To select the account, you will need to either click on 'Regular Account' or 'IFISA Account' at the top of the page.

You then need to click 'sell loans', which is located at the end of the right side of the page under 'Active Investments'. If you are accessing your account on a mobile or tablet, you may need to move to the end of the line by swiping left.

Enter the amount that you would like to withdraw, tick the button to say that you agree and then click 'Sell Now'. Once the loans are sold, the funds will show in your available balance.

You will need to click 'Withdraw/Transfer' from the Dashboard page and set up a withdrawal to your bank account.

If you have accessed your account via the App:

Click on either 'Regular Account' or 'IFISA Account' to select the account that you would like to withdraw from.

Click below the line under 'Active Investments'.

Click the 'SELL' button at the bottom of the screen.

Enter the amount that you would like to sell and then click the 'SELL' button.

Once the loans are sold and the funds are in your available balance, click the 'Withdraw' button at the bottom of your screen and set up the withdrawal to your bank account.

Good to know

Withdrawals are completed during office hours.

You can only sell performing loans. If you have any loans that you would like to sell which aren't performing, you will need to wait till they are repaid to withdraw the money.

If your bank account hasn't already been verified, we may require you to provide us with a copy of a bank statement. If we do require this from you, we will send you a secure link to upload it. The bank statement will need to be dated within the last 3 months, show your Name, Address, Account Number and Sort Code.
