Yes, you can, provided you have been appointed as a Power of Attorney (POA) to make decisions on their behalf.
You will need to send us a certified copy of the Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) document either via email or in a sealed envelope. This must be ‘enduring’ and not ‘for convenience’, or the Scottish or Welsh equivalent.
We will keep a copy filed for our records.
