Our products include an Innovative Finance ISA (IFISA) and a Regular investment account with current target rates of return from 5.53 - 7.51% depending how much you invest. Professional Investors (investing over £1,000,000) are able to select their own loans at higher rates.
Our Innovative Finance ISA allows you to earn tax-free interest from your investment. Every UK resident over the age of 18 can invest in an ISA up to the current annual ISA allowance of £20,000 per year
Our Regular Investment Account has no limits on the amount you can invest but it is taxable
These products are classified as peer-to-peer loans (P2P) whereby your money is lent directly to borrowers.
At easyMoney we lend to property professionals and small and medium size house builders who require short-term bridging or development loans to build or develop UK real estate provided they meet our stringent lending criteria. Loans are subject to real estate market conditions so your capital is at risk. Please take the time to understand the risks involved and how we manage risk before investing. Please remember, even though we are regulated, peer-to-peer investments are not cash savings accounts so they are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS).
Depending on how much you invest the current annual Target Rates are as follows:
A Premium Account offers a rate range of 5.4% - 5.7% with a minimum investment of £100.
A Premium Plus Account offers a rate range of 6.35% - 6.7% with a minimum investment of £20,000.
A High Net Worth Account offers a rate range of 7.3% - 7.7% with a minimum investment of £100,000+.
A Professional Investor Account offers a rate range of up to 10% and allows you to select your own loans.
The current target rate for each product will be published on our homepage and represents the average rate of interest across the risk range on new loans.
Target rates apply for all of our Products other than the Professional Investor as they can select which loans they would like to invest in.
Depending on the amount you invest you could receive a higher rate. Higher risk loans tend to achieve higher rates.
