If you use our FX service to deposit funds to us from your preferred currency to GBP, the first time you do so we will need to onboard you with our FX service provider. Typically, this happens within the same day but, in some cases, for example if they need to perform additional checks on the transfer, this could take 2-3 business days.

Once you are onboarded the transactions are typically converted to GBP and deposited to your account in 1-2 business days.
