You will need to go to the ‘My Portfolio’ page on your account, Click on ‘Sell Loans’.

This will put your investment up for sale.

Once all of your investments are sold and the funds are in your available balance, you can withdraw the funds to your bank account and request for the IFISA to be closed.

We do not recommend doing this, we will always recommend you to transfer your ISA to another ISA manager, or if you need the funds for another purpose we advise you to keep the ISA account with us open. We operate as a flexible ISA so you have the ability to repay the funds into your account before the end of the tax year so they retain their tax-free status.

If you still want to proceed with the closure we will deactivate the account for you, let you know when this has been completed.

Good to know

As a regulated business we have to keep your records on file for five years.
