An important part of our business is to guard against market risks, project risk, non-performance and defaults on a regular basis.

As experienced property professionals we are very risk averse and will never push the boundaries to generate volumes, income or profit and we certainly won’t diversify irresponsibly.

As well as the stringent criteria assigned to each and every loan opportunity we conduct due diligence on the individuals and their credit-worthiness to prove who they say they are and have a clear picture on their assets and liabilities before approving an application.

We employ a credit committee that meets regularly to approve and monitor projects after they have passed rigorous underwriting and legal checks.

If borrowers do not meet our standards we simply will not lend.
